3. Booking programmes

3.1 Making a booking

When you submit a booking enquiry through our website:

• You provide accurate information about yourself and the child enrolling
• We confirm availability and send booking confirmation
• A contract is formed when you receive our booking confirmation and make payment
• You confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child enrolling

3.2 Payment

Programme fees must be paid in full before the course start date unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing. We accept payment by bank transfer, debit card, or credit card.

3.3 Cancellation by you

You may cancel your booking according to the following terms:

• More than 14 days before start date: Full refund
• 7-14 days before start date: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before start date: No refund

Refunds are processed within 14 working days of cancellation.

3.4 Cancellation or rescheduling by us

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule programmes due to insufficient enrollment, staff illness, or unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel:

• We will offer an alternative date or full refund
• We are not liable for any additional costs you may have incurred (e.g., travel arrangements)

3.5 Transfers

You may transfer your booking to another programme date subject to availability, if requested more than 7 days before the original start date. One transfer is permitted free of charge; additional transfers may incur an administration fee of £15.

4. Programme participation

4.1 Age requirements

Each programme specifies appropriate age ranges. Children must fall within the stated age range at the time the programme begins.

4.2 Attendance

Regular attendance is important for your child to gain full benefit from our programmes. We do not provide refunds or credits for missed sessions due to your absence.

4.3 Behaviour expectations

We maintain a respectful, safe learning environment. Children are expected to:

• Treat educators and other participants with respect
• Follow reasonable instructions from staff
• Participate constructively in activities

We reserve the right to exclude a child from a programme if their behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate. In such cases, refunds will be at our discretion based on the circumstances.

4.4 Health and safety

Parents must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements that may affect their child's participation. All information will be treated confidentially.

5. Intellectual property

All content on our website and in our programmes, including text, graphics, logos, and educational materials, is owned by beam-force or our licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

Programme participants may keep materials provided during courses for personal use only.
